Rogers & Jean Craig's Annual BBQ and 3rd Annual Golf Tournament
The 3rd Annual Red Horse Golf Tournament will be held in Marlin, TX, Friday, 12 July 2002 at the Marlin Country Club (MCC) Golf Course. All golfers are requested to be at the MCC club house by 0800 on July 12. Just prior to tee-time (3or4 man scramble) there will be an official unveiling of a permanent Red Horse plaque on No. 18 Tee box. The plaque will depict a Red Horse driving a Bulldozer, carrying a rifle with smoke coming from his nose, with an appropriate inscription included.
For those who will be arriving early, the MCC is looking forward to serving delicious flame broiled T-bone or New York strip steaks on the evening of 11 July. If you will be able to join us then, please let us know so we can have plenty of steaks on hand. Golfers and guests will be treated to mesquite grilled Alaskan King Salmon on Friday evening - and on Saturday around 1400, get ready for some great country music, good fellowship and some serious Barbeque. On Sunday morning, Bloody Marys and SOS will be available for those still standing.
